1. Publication manager

The site solarpanelswiss.ch (hereinafter the “Site”) is published by AbelArti Groupe SA and operated under editorial identity Solar Panel Swiss.

2. Nature of the Site

The Site publishes informative content on photovoltaics, subsidies, equipment, installers and profitability assumptions in Switzerland. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, these contents are editorial, general and non-contractual.

The Site may also present services, calls for contact, requests for quotes, connections or other commercial communications from the operator related to its activity. These elements should not be construed as a neutral service or third-party certification.

As of the update date, the Site does not provide a complete online checkout or automated direct product sales. Purchasing, service and installation decisions should be based on separate quotations, contracts and checks.

3. Third-party hosting and services

The Site is hosted on a technical infrastructure operated by a third-party service provider.

Certain features are only activated at the user's request, notably the calculator with Google Maps, Google Geocoding and Google Solar API. When these features are enabled, technical and location data may be sent to the relevant provider.

4. Intellectual property

The Site’s text, graphics, layouts and software components are protected by applicable law. Substantial reproduction, adaptation or distribution requires prior permission, except for private use or where another legal basis permits it.

The brands and manufacturer names mentioned on the Site remain the property of their respective owners. They are used for identification, description and comparison.

5. External links and third party content

The Site may link to authorities, manufacturers, distributors, installers or other third parties. Solar Panel Swiss does not continuously monitor that external content and is not responsible for its accuracy, availability or data protection policies.

6. Limitation of liability

The information on the Site is provided for general information. Although we aim to keep it up to date, regulatory, tariff, technical and tax information can change quickly. The Site does not replace a quotation, a feasibility study or individual legal, tax or technical advice.

7. Applicable law

These legal notices are governed by Swiss law. Unless mandatory rules require otherwise, the ordinary place of jurisdiction is the operator’s registered office, currently Bussigny, canton of Vaud, Switzerland.
