Scope of this policy

This policy explains how AbelArti Groupe SA processes personal data linked to Solar Panel Swiss and indicates the service providers likely to receive it.

2. Data processed

Hosting technical logs

When consulting the Site, the host may process the IP address, user-agent, date, requested URL, response status and security or error data necessary for the operation of the service.

Making contact

If you submit a contact form, the data entered (identity, telephone, email, address, message and project elements) may be transmitted via HubSpot or Web3Forms in order to route the request, process it and ensure commercial follow-up. Exchanges by direct e-mail are also handled by the relevant messaging services.

Calculator and cartography

If you activate the calculator, your browser contacts Google Maps, Google Geocoding and Google Solar API. Postcodes, addresses, geographic coordinates, IP address and browser data may then be processed by Google to provide the roof map and analysis.

Data displayed locally

The simulation results (estimated surface area, production, annual savings, ROI) are calculated and displayed in your browser from the technical responses obtained. They have an indicative value.

3. Purposes of processing

  • Ensure the loading, security and technical stability of the Site
  • Reply to messages sent to Solar Panel Swiss
  • Handle requests for commercial information or contact about services presented on the Site, where applicable.
  • Provide, at the user's request, a satellite map and a roof estimate
  • Document and correct technical errors or reported content

4. Recipients and subcontractors

The data may be processed by the following categories of recipients:

  • Cloudflare for distribution, protection and technical measurement of traffic
  • Google LLC for Analytics, Ads, Maps, Geocoding and Solar API depending on the functions used
  • HubSpot, Inc. for form collection, source attribution and CRM tracking
  • Web3Forms for the delivery of certain forms
  • Microsoft Clarity for usage analysis, independently of the choice expressed in the consent banner
  • Reddit for advertising measurement and conversions after acceptance
  • Meta Platforms, Inc. for audience and advertising measurement, regardless of the choice expressed in the consent banner
  • Tawk.to for chat and support functions
  • Your own email provider and that of Solar Panel Swiss during an exchange by e-mail

Google Analytics, Google Ads, Reddit pixel, HubSpot tracking and Tawk.to chat are activated after acceptance. Microsoft Clarity and the Meta Pixel are loaded regardless of this choice. The technologies concerned are described in more detail in the cookie policy.

5. Transfers outside Switzerland

The specified providers may process data in Switzerland, the European Economic Area, in the United States or other countries. You can request information about destination countries and the guarantees applicable to your situation via the contact address indicated above.

If you want to prevent an address or geolocation from being transmitted to Google, do not activate the map calculator.

6. Data retention period

Data is retained for as long as necessary to handle the request, operate the service, comply with legal obligations and establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Provider-specific retention periods and settings also apply.

7. Your rights

Under the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), you may request access to your data, correction, deletion within legal limits, and information about recipients and transfers. Where the conditions are met, you may also have a right to receive or transfer your data.

The Site displays automatic estimates of production and profitability, but these do not constitute an automated individual decision producing legal or comparable effects on the user.
