Checklist: 6 criteria for choosing your installer
PV training and experience
Check specific training, photovoltaic experience and the existence of comparable references in your region.
Electrical authorization
Check the authorization to install ESTI or the intervention of an authorized partner for electrical work and connection.
Civil liability insurance
The installer must be covered. Request a certificate to protect yourself in the event of damage to the building.
Recent local references
Ask for recent references from comparable projects. Have the stages, administrative dependencies and planned dates confirmed in writing.
Detailed quote in writing
Panels, inverter, structure, cabling, labor, warranties: each line must be detailed. Avoid opaque “all-inclusive prices”.
After-sales service and monitoring
Who manages post-installation monitoring? Is there a maintenance contract? How responsive is after-sales service?
